Brookfield Rehabilitation & Specialty Care celebrates Rehab to Home Center with Brookfield Chamber

Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce staff and members gathered for Brookfield Rehabilitation & Specialty Care’s Grand Opening Celebration on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to celebrate Brookfield Rehabilitation & Specialty Care’s new Rehab to Home Center. They are located at 18740 W. Bluemound Road, Brookfield.

Rehab to Home is a welcome alternative for active senior patients after injury or surgery featuring: 17 private suites and 36 semi-private suites; patient moderated care, where patients set the pace for their success; personalized therapy and hospitality teams for each patient; the most advanced physical, occupational, and speech therapy, provided six days a week; large, bright PT gym; OT suite, complete with a full kitchen for training; and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment (Biodex Balance Trainer, Pro Gym Cross Trainer, Diathermy, Ultrasound, and Electrical Stimulation).

Brookfield Rehabilitation & Specialty Care specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, cardiac and pulmonary care, neurological conditions, stroke recovery, specialized wound care, and dialysis care.
