Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant joins the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant General Manager Cara Wilson (center) and Executive Kitchen Manager Ismael Garduno (right of Cara) were joined by restaurant staff, Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce members and City of Brookfield staff at a grand opening celebration for the Brookfield Square location on June 27.

Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is the first and only combined restaurant and winery in the Midwest. Named “Hot Concept 2010” Winner by Nations Restaurant News, Cooper’s Hawk combines a winery atmosphere, complete with a tasting room, wine club and retail shop, with a full-service restaurant that serves eclectic, contemporary American cuisine.
