Mark Pronley, a project engineer with The Probst Group, LLC, has recently been awarded his professional engineering certification. This certification is given after passing the initial Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, completing four (4) years of training under a professional engineer, and passing the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam. Pronley completed his PE exam in October 2012.
With the receipt of this certification, Pronley will now be looked to as one of the members of The Probst Group’s final review team before documents are submitted to state or federal organizations. This certification is the standard of excellence in the engineering field and requires continuing education in order to stay up to date on best practices and standards. The intent of this licensure process is to hold engineers to the highest principles and to protect the safety and well-being of the public. Certification is completed through the National Society of Professional Engineers.
