The Brookfield Cafe Hollander is hosting a special three-day "soft opening." Here's how to register to get your reservation:
BROOKFIELD, WI — Cafe Hollander in the Corners of Brookfield officially opens on May 30, however the newest branch of the popular Belgian-themed restaurant will host a special three-day "Soft Opening" that will benefit local charities.
Profits from food sales May 19-21 will benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and the Food Pantry of Waukesha County. Reservations are required, and can be made online at cafehollander.eventbrite.com
Brookfield's Cafe Hollander is located at 20150 Union St. in the Corners of Brookfield.
