Brookfield Chamber (GBCC) celebrates Chamber of Commerce Month

Carol White, IOM, president & CEO of the Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce (GBCC), announced that Chamber of Commerce Month is being celebrated by hosting the 12th annual multi-chamber networking event. This annual event is for members of all of the Chambers in Waukesha County, and was held on September 12, 2019 at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel. Attendance topped 250 chamber members at the event that was sponsored by Sitzberger CPAs.

Carol White said, “We celebrate Chamber of Commerce month each year. The Brookfield Chamber took the lead 12 years ago to launch this event and to host and coordinate it for Waukesha County chambers of commerce. This is a wonderful opportunity for all businesses in the county that find value in being a part of their local chamber to meet with like-minded business people.”

Every Chamber of Commerce does what it can to help support their local business community and be engaged in economic development in their community. All chambers have key roles, functions, and programming that is offered to their members.

White continued, “This event is about connecting engaged business leaders in the county with other business leaders – it’s about the Chamber member businesses.
