Brookfield Square Mall Suspect Arrested
A man who published threats on Facebook that he would harm others and himself at Brookfield Square Mall on Sunday has been arrested.
BROOKFIELD, WI — A 30-year-old Brookfield man has been arrested after he reportedly published "terroristic threats" on Facebook about a potential incident at Brookfield Square Mall on Sunday.
According to a WTMJ report, the man was arrested and is being held in the Waukesha County Jail. There were no further details on the specifics of the threats, only that it was reported just after 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 4.
Additional police presence was visible at the mall following Sunday's incident.
