Fletcher — who also goes by the name Wood — agreed to sell the informant $200 worth of crack on May 9 in the parking lot of Brookfield Square mall. The deal took place, with the informant getting 1.1 grams of the drug.

The informant set up another buy three days later where Fletcher agreed to sell $300 worth of crack. The two met in the mall parking lot again and the deal took place, with Fletcher leaving phone numbers and his name with the informant telling him to call anytime for more drugs.

Police pulled Fletcher over shortly after the second deal took place and arrested him.

A warrant was issued for Fletcher's arrest.
