Classy Girl Cupcakes to Open in Brookfield

BROOKFIELD -- Classy Girl Cupcakes, a specialty bakery that offers more than 50 varieties of artisan cupcakes, has chosen to open its newest location in Brookfield.

According to a Journal Sentinel report, the bakery will be opening its second location at Brookfield Square on Feb. 1, 2017. According to the report, the bakery chose Brookfield Square after considering Mayfair and Southridge malls.

"I think it's a good location for us," owner Erica Elia said to the Journal Sentinel."I thought it was a natural base, for our clients."
