Coffee & Bagels to Open in Brookfield; Combines Caribou with Einstein Brothers
The first 50 customers will get free coffee, bagel with schmear each week for a year.
BROOKFIELD -- It's an idea whose time has come.
According to a report from the Milwaukee Business Journal, Coffee & Bagels, a new restaurant concept that combines Caribou Coffee with Einstein Brothers Bagels, is set to open in Brookfield on Friday, Dec. 9 at 17000 W. Blue Mound Road at 7 a.m.
The first 50 guests in line for the Brookfield opening on Friday will receive a free medium coffee and bagel with shmear each week for a year, The Business Journal is reporting .
