BROOKFIELD, WI – The 2017 holiday shopping season will soon be fast upon us, and The Corners of Brookfield is planning a memorable holiday experience for shoppers this year.
The Corners of Brookfield is hosting a community tree lighting ceremony with live reindeer, live stream video of the North Pole and an all new twist to the typical Black Friday shopping experience.
“Our goal is to be a place of community and gathering over the holidays while utilizing our unique attributes of being an outdoor center with digital attractions to create a holiday experience like none other,” said Chelsea Roessler, marketing manager at The Corners. “We are the new place in town this holiday season and we want to be sure shoppers of all ages and interests feel the holiday spirit and have a joyful time when they shop this season.”

On Saturday, Nov. 18, The Corners will officially kick off its holiday season with a “Lighting of The Corners” grand event as its two 25-foot Christmas trees, more than 55,000 LED lights and 2,770 feet of lit garland are powered up.
The event begins at 5 p.m. and features a live quintet, roaming carolers, and photo opportunities with the festive holiday decorations and three of Santa’s real, live reindeer.

The countdown to the official Market Square tree lighting will begin at 6:15 p.m.
