Crook Steals $1,600 in Graphing Calculators from Brookfield Office Depot
Brookfield police are asking for the public's help to find a man who stole more than $1,600 in graphic calculators from Office Depot.
BROOKFIELD, WI — Brookfield police are asking for the public's help to find a man who stole more than $1,600 in graphic calculators from Office Depot.
On Saturday, May 20, a white male suspect in his mid- to late-20s entered Office Depot, 16085 W. Bluemound Road at 5:44 p.m. Police say the suspect broke open multiple security boxes containing graphing calculators.
According to Brookfield police, the man utilized an empty paper shredder box to conceal the graphing calculators. The suspect purchased the paper shredder with cash during which he manipulated the shredder box over the sensor deactivation pad multiple times. Suspect left the store on foot, no known vehicle. Total loss: $1,669.88.
