Man Sold Marijuana at Brookfield Square Mall
Suspect sold a quarter pound of marijuana on two separate occasions to informant in the mall parking lot, a charge alleges.

A Delafield man sold a quarter pound of marijuana on two occasions to a police informant in Brookfield, a criminal complaint alleges.
John P. Palmer, 31, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with manufacture and delivery of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana.

On Jan. 13, a police informant contacted officers and said he could purchase a quarter pound of marijuana from Palmer in the parking lot of Brookfield Square mall. Officers surveyed the deal in which the informant purchased the marijuana for $1,200.
On Feb. 2 the informant told police he again could purchase a quarter pound of the drug at the mall. This time, the informant paid $1,400 for the marijuana.

Palmer will make his first court appearance April 9.
