Take your shoes off and join Performance Running Outfitters for a less-is-more approach to your training and
strengthening in our Bare Essentials runners’ class. Learn to become more efficient, stronger, and reduce your risk of injury, completed while barefoot, through a combination of basic strengthening techniques, stretching, and form drills.
We believe in order to run with less pain and to improve your running form you must first start by strengthening your body
and becoming more balanced. This class will address some of the core areas of weakness in runners – hip, calf and foot strength, balance, and flexibility.
