Kaia F.I.T. is women only, personal training in a group atmosphere!
Classes will begin at 6am, 7am & 9am and run 1 hour long.
Please RSVP by email brookfield@kaiafit.com with your time slot. Spaces are limited so RSVP asap, all fitness levels are encouraged to come so please bring your mom, aunt, grandma, sister and friends of all ages!

Please wear comfortable clothes to work out in, tennis shoes and bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat if you have one!
