Firehouse Subs To Open In New Berlin Area

The New Berlin Firehouse Subs restaurant is open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Here's when it will open in New Berlin:

NEW BERLIN, WI -- Firehouse Subs will open a new sub shop in New Berlin at 4824 S. Moorland Rd., and will open its doors to the public on Tuesday, Dec. 18 owners Kurt Kloba and Bill Rowe said.

Firehouse Subs serves meats and cheeses steamed and piled high on a toasted sub roll, served “Fully Involved” with fresh produce and condiments.

This is the third restaurant for Kloba and the second restaurant for Rowe, who work at giving back to local public safety organizations through Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, which has granted more than $581,000 in the state of Wisconsin.

This year, the Foundation awarded more than $24,000 to the New Berlin Fire Department to purchase a 2018 Club Car Carryall 1700 Ambulance with four-wheel drive and a utility trailer to transport it. This equipment will help the fire department respond to emergencies in hard-to-reach areas including wildlife reserves, hiking and biking trails and county parks.

“I was a reserve police officer for the city of Wauwatosa, and I wanted to teach my daughter that you can make a difference in your community,” said Kloba. “Bill and I continue to embody those values with each Firehouse Subs restaurant we own by serving our communities with excellent customer service, warm and hearty food and by giving back through Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.”
