Fishing for a Special Meal at Bonefish Grill

Every day at  the chefs receive, inspect and hand cut a wide variety of fish. After careful preparation, they cook seafood and other entrees on a special wood-burning grill.

A few of the grilled fish and seafood entrees on the menu include Dorado (Mahi Mahi), Chilean Sea Bass, Gulf Grouper, Snake River Rainbow Trout, Norwegian Salmon and Ahi Tuna. To top some of the entrees, the restaurant has created signature sauces such as warm mango sauce, Chimichurri Sauce and Lemon Butter.

Other grilled specialties include Lily's Chicken (chicken breast, goat cheese, sauteed spinach, artichoke hearts and a lemon basil sauce), Fontina Chop, Chicken Marsala, Filet Mignon and Sirloin Steak & Crab Cake Dinner (a six-ounce center cut sirloin paired with a broiled Maryland crab cake).

Don't forget to try one of the restaurant's scrumptious soups or specialty salads which include corn chowder with Lump Crab, Bonefish Caesar or house salad, and a Florida Cobb salad.

Bonefish Grill also has a fantastic cozy bar that offers a $5 cocktail special all day, everyday. Guests can choose from four cocktail features that include martinis, whiskeys and margaritas. Every Wednesday the restaurant offers a “Big Bang Shrimp” deal for $5.
