Parade Spectator Guidelines

In the interest of public safety and fairness, the Independence Day Activities Committee is requesting that parade spectators refrain from obstructing or attempting to reserve any public right of way area (e.g. sidewalks, curb areas, medians) by placing chairs, blankets, tape, rope, tents, or any other item along the parade route before 7:00 PM the night before the July 4th parade.

No items may be placed on median strips until 7:00 AM on the morning of the parade. In addition, the placement of large and over-sized items that could potentially obstruct the view of other parade spectators is strongly discouraged.
