To celebrate Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza’s newest
Brookfield location at The Brownstones Shopping Center, the restaurant is set
to offer FREE PIZZAS from 11am to 9 pm on Monday, November 25. The restaurant is looking forward to giving
the Brookfield community a chance to have their first taste of Blaze Pizza, where
each pie is custom built “on the line” to
a guest’s specifications and “fast-fire’d” in a blazing hot oven -- for an
exceptional, artisanal pizza at freakishly fast speed. Blaze Pizza - Brookfield is located at 17530
W. Bluemound Rd, between Metro Mart and TJ Maxx.
Blaze Pizza uses an interactive ordering format that lets
guests customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create one of their own
as they walk down the line, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, artisanal
toppings – all for about $7.00. The
generously sized personal pizzas are then sent to a blazing hot open-flame oven—the
centerpiece of the restaurant—where dedicated pizzasmiths ensure that the
thin-crust pies are “fast-fire’d” in less than 180 seconds.
