GBCC Hosts Ribbon-Cutting For The Exercise Coach - Brookfield

Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce Welcomes The Exercise Coach - Brookfield To The Business Community

The Greater Brookfield Chamber of Commerce held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, February 9th, to welcome The Exercise Coach-Brookfield to the Chamber and to our business community!

The Exercise Coach is a “smart fitness studio” that relies on artificial intelligence and robotics instead of dumbbells and treadmills. Outfitted with proprietary computerized ‘Exerbotics’ machines instead of traditional equipment, The Exercise Coach’s personalized programs are optimized for efficiency, requiring only two 20-minute workouts per week.

The machines adjust each workout to a person’s strengths and ability in real-time, helping get the most out of their workout and avoid injury. Paired with the guidance of certified coaches, the studio offers nutrition guidance, and blends personalized strength and interval cardio training in each session, resulting in a total body workout.
