Business leaders have certainly faced their share of challenges over the past few years. One of the most pervasive has been broadly discussed as “talent management.” For many, the challenges are an inability to recruit the talent needed, whether low-skilled entry-level or higher-level leaders.

Carol White, president and CEO of the Brookfield Chamber, said, “Join us on Thursday, August 4th to hear what the research really says and how you can shift your strategy to be more successful in competing for talent. We’ll discuss the value of using Situational Appraisal to better define the underlying issues contributing to your specific talent management ‘problem.’ We’ll also share pieces of the talent management audit to assess and identify strategies to enhance your effectiveness in playing in the talent game.”
