Grimaldi's Pizza To Open In Brookfield

The Brookfield location will also include an open-concept kitchen and a 25-ton coal-burning oven.

BROOKFIELD, WI — Known for its coal-fired and brick-oven pizza, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria will open its first Wisconsin location at The Corners of Brookfield on Friday, Nov. 10.

The restaurant will offer more than 4,700 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor space, including outdoor seating for 45 and the main dining room accommodating 102 customers. According to the company, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria specializes in handcrafted pizzas, calzones, and antipasto, as well as a variety of salads and New York-style cheesecakes and desserts, made in-house daily.

Grimaldi’s also features a full bar serving specialty cocktails, craft beers and a robust wine list, including its own signature Mille Gradi red blend, produced by Rocca Delle Macìe winery in Tuscany, Italy.

The restaurant’s design will feature red-and-white gingham tablecloths, handcrafted hanging wine bottle lights, and iconic photographs of Brooklyn reflecting the restaurant's start.

The Brookfield location will also include an open-concept kitchen and a 25-ton coal-burning oven, which is heated by 100 pounds of coal per day at a temperature of up to 1,200 degrees.

Grimaldi’s Pizzeria at The Corners of Brookfield is located at 20119 Lord Street, Brookfield, WI 53045 and will be open Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.now has 50 locations across 16 states on the East Coast, and in the South, Midwest and Southwest.
