Hooters Restaurant Ranked Number 1 for the Best ... Music

WISCONSIN — There's only one Hooters restaurant located in the Milwaukee area, and it now has the distinction of playing the best overhead music.

In a recent ranking by Technomic as reported by Restaurant Business, as far as best music at a casual-dining chain, Hooters also has the best mix tape playing.

Technomic uses an ongoing Consumer Brand Metrics program, in which it asks consumers to give their take on the importance of "music selection is appropriate” when visiting a restaurant. They rate music as important, and Restaurant Business studied the rankings of "casual-dining chains" within Technomic's Top 100.
There are 430 Hooters locations in 28 countries, the first opening in 1983 in Clearwater, Florida. The one in the Milwaukee area is located in Brookfield at 17105 West Bluemound Rd.
