IBAW presents Negotiation 101

Independent Business Association of Wisconsin event features von Briesen attorneys

The Independent Business Association of Wisconsin (IBAW) presents “Negotiation 101” on Friday, January 19, 7:00 am – 9:00 am, at the Wisconsin Club, 900 W Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, Wis. The meeting will also include “10 Minutes With…” Les Davies, Regional Advocate for the Small Business Administration in Washington, DC. A plated breakfast will be served.

Presenters are Timothy A. Nettesheim, shareholder Chair of von Briesen’s Capital Markets Group, and Thomas A Myers, shareholder in von Briesen’s Capital Markets group and Business Law Practice. This presentation will help attendees plan for the negotiation process and how to incorporate winning strategies to become a better negotiator.

The principal topics covered will include: an overview of what a good negotiation process looks like, the key components every good negotiation process must have, creating your own roadmap for your negotiation process, and, understanding the concept of subjective value and how it affects objective value-oriented negotiations.
