What was the smartest thing your company did in the past year? We became very active in the Chamber and started to grow our monthly accounting and payroll services

How many years have you been in business? I have been a tax preparer for 26 years; Alliance Tax has been in Elm Grove for 9 years. I started with Alliance Tax and Accounting Service in June of 2018, and I'm Manager of Sales and Marketing

What advice can you give to struggling business owners? Get involve in the Chamber or other networking groups and build relationships. Build contact spheres groups and help other businesses. If you help enough people get what they want, they will help you.

As someone doing business in the metro Milwaukee area, how does the Brookfield Chamber help you? The Brookfield Chamber helps build strong relationships. It helps you get in front of businesses that that help your business.

Do you have any advice for new business owners? Get involved in the community and join networking groups. Don't stress about the joining fees; you'll get them back by the referrals you will receive.

What would your colleagues be surprised to find out about you? I learned to speak Spanish, Italian and Japanese.

How long have you been a Brookfield Chamber member? I have been a member of the Brookfield Chamber of Commerce for four years.
