Man Faces Second Drunk Driving Charge

A 25-year-old man was taken into custody at 2:15 a.m. Friday for allegedly drunk driving in the 14800 block of West Capitol Drive. The driver, who was pulled over after allegedly speeding, had a strong odor of intoxicants, Brookfield Police said.

The man, according to the police report, faces his second drunk driving charge. He was taken to the police station and released to a sober driver.

He had a BAC of .09, police said.
