Orange barrels on Capitol Dr

Can someone point me to an update site? I drive the westbound and eastbound lanes everyday with their long back-ups during the morning and evening commute. It seems the only work being done in the last few days is the buildout of the eastbound sidewalk just west of Mountain Dr. I haven't seen anyone working on the west bound side for the past week. Are the barrels still in place to protect the newly laid sod and grass seed? What gives? Why can't this be orchestrated more efficiently to minimize the impact on traffic? That has got to be somebody's job right? What makes it more restrictive is the lack of any real alternative route. North Ave is too far south and Lisbon is one lane. I don't even recall the attempt to divert traffic to these routes with detours. Frustrated commuter
