Police Searching for Brookfield Square, Bayshore Armed Robber

Police are looking for a woman after she stole a pizza delivery driver's car and stage armed robberies at Brookfield Square and Bayshore.

BROOKFIELD -- Police are looking for a Milwaukee woman who made local headlines after she stole a pizza delivery driver's car and stage armed robberies at Brookfield Square and Bayshore malls.

Ekeyra Linsy, 19, faces up to 25 years behind bars after she was charged with one count of armed robbery as party to a crime.

According to her criminal complaint, Linsy staged an armed robbery at Brookfield Square Mall on March 28. Police stated that Linsy and a second female were observed on store security footage in addition to being observed running toward the parking lot with an estimated $800 to $1,000 in merchandise in their arms.

Her criminal complaint stated that when she and her accomplice went to leave the Victoria's Secret, one of the suspects displayed a stun gun device, and activated it "to create a crackling noise" as a store manager confronted the two suspects. The complaint went on to say that she was involved in a similar incident at Bayshore Mall several days later on March 28.

According to Linsy's criminal complaint, a week earlier, Linsy was involved in stealing the vehicle of a pizza delivery driver in Milwaukee.

In that incident, a Pizza Hut delivery driver filled an order in the area on 9000 N. 75th St. in Milwaukee. When the driver walked up to the door, two women snuck behind the delivery driver, got in the car, locked the doors and drove away.

The vehicle used in the Victoria's Secret robberies of March 28 was the vehicle reported stolen by the pizza delivery driver from the week prior. According to her criminal complaint, the stolen vehicle had been altered in appearance between its theft and Linsy's arrest. The vehicle had a stolen Minnesota license plate with a tinted cover over it.

When the story of the stolen car made headlines on CBS 58 in Milwaukee, authorities received numerous tips leading to the arrest of Linsy and the other suspect.
