- What was the smartest thing your company did in the past year? Candy Bouquet moved to a new location with a large front window that provides 24 hour exposure to all passersby along with a more attractive showroom in which to display our Candy Bouquets and other individual products.
- How many years have you been in business? We have been in business for 10.5 years.
- What advice can you give to struggling business owners? No matter how tough, challenging, and daunting things can seem to be at times, don’t ever lose the direction, passion and love for your business. ALWAYS stay optimistic and positive!
- As someone doing business in the metro Milwaukee area, how does the Brookfield Chamber help you? The Brookfield Chamber has allowed me the opportunity to meet, interact and network with other business owners and professionals from multiple industries in many different enjoyable settings that consistently helps my business theme along with my personal awareness grow!
- Do you have any advice for new business owners? Surround yourself with as many reliable trustworthy people and contacts as possible. The more people you have in your corner to be able to reach out to for business guidance, direction, awareness or help in any capacity, small or big, is a huge asset to a new or existing business!
- What would your colleagues be surprised to find out about you? I attended a 10 day mission trip to Honduras in January 1998 with my church, First Congregational Church Of Wauwatosa. We constructed and built a dental office at a local mission using ALL donated materials and supplies.
- How long have you been a Brookfield Chamber member? We’ve been members of the Brookfield Chamber for 10.5 years.
