Secret Pro Tips: Personal Training Exercise Progressions

Are you one of those people who go to the gym, just go to a machine, put on as much weight as you can, bust out as many reps as you can, then hop from machine to machine doing the same thing? And do you feel that this is an effective workout for you?

Well, I'm sorry to say that this is not the most effective way to be working out. It's better to take a progressive approach that ensures you are working and moving toward fast, safe and effective results.

In this video, we show you how to master the basics, the foundation, before moving to those higher level exercises. We'll also explain a few of the different progressive states that we take with our personal training clientele to make sure that they are progressing and to ensure that injury prevention is our number one cause of care.

We'll also show you some methods to determine if you are doing exercises that are either above or below your ability level.
