Seth Ricker Joins R.A. Smith National as Construction Services Technician

Seth Ricker has joined R.A. Smith National — a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm — in Brookfield, Wis., as a construction services technician in the construction services division.

Ricker has over 16 years of experience providing inspection, design and client management. His main focus is providing construction oversight and contract administration for numerous civil engineering projects, including: roads, buildings and structures, water and wastewater treatment facilities, wells, booster stations, lift stations, water towers and antenna additions. He also has extensive knowledge of construction practices and Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources requirements.

Additionally, Ricker has experience in design and project management of public works utility projects, including: water, sanitary and storm sewer, municipal street improvement programs, lift stations, mechanical and process piping applications, tornado shelter and cast-in-place structures.

Ricker has an associate’s degree in civil engineering from Gateway Technical College in Racine, Wis.

He currently resides in Elkhorn, Wis.
