Setting Realistic Weight Loss Goals

The weight loss goals you set can make or break your fitness routine.

If your expectations are too high, you will be constantly disappointed that you aren’t hitting some perfect ideal number in your head. Too low, and you won’t try hard enough to get results.

With all of the misleading fitness and weight loss marketing out there, it’s hard to know how much weight you should realistically expect to lose and how long it will take to lose it.
