Shred415 To Open In Brookfield Area

Shred415 offers a 60-minute instructor-led interval training class alternating between speed and endurance drills.

ELM GROVE, WI -- Shred415, a high-intensity, interval training fitness studio is set to open at 12910 W. Bluemound Rd,. Thursday, Oct. 25. Community members are invited to meet the team, train for two weeks of free classes from Thursday, Oct. 25 to Sunday, Nov. 11 and sign up for memberships at pre-opening discounted prices.

Shred415 of Elm Grove is owned and operated by long-time "shredders" and friends, Domenic and Becca Poeta, Corey and Sara Goldberg, and David and Stacey Teplinsky.

While all owners are looking forward to being involved at the studio, Domenic Poeta and Sara Goldberg will take on the full-time roles of overseeing and managing the studio.

Shred415 offers a 60-minute instructor-led interval training class alternating between speed and endurance drills on top-quality treadmills and strength and functional movement training on the floor, with each class designed to increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to every individual’s level and goals.

Classes are taught in an energizing studio and led by motivating, professional instructors. Shred415 will offer membership plans as well as flexible packages. Services and amenities will include child care, complimentary lockers, towels, showers and toiletries.
