Not too long ago, our students were made aware of a community in need in Washington, IL. The community, whose members have some connections to St. Dominic Catholic School, suffered terrible damage as a result of the November tornados. Our student council heard the call to help and sprang into action! St. Dominic Catholic School, on behalf of the student council, donated $250 to support the clean-up efforts in Washington, IL. Gift cards were purchased, shared and distributed to families in need at St. Patrick School in Washington, IL as they try to rebuild their homes and their lives.
