Teen Caught Selling Marijuana to Police Informant

A Brookfield man sold marijuana to a police informant in the parking lot of , a criminal complaint alleges.
Aaron Jacobson, 19, was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of manufacture and delivery of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana. If convicted, he faces up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

On March 24, 2011, a police informant contacted a detective with the Waukesha County Metro Drug Unit and informed him he could purchase a “teener” of marijuana from Jacobson. The informant set up the deal with Jacobson, which was then observed by investigators.
The informant purchased 3.9 grams of the drug from Jacobson for $35.

He will make his initial appearance in court July 16.
