Niche has ranked the best suburbs in 2019 for Wisconsin.

WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — What is the best place to live? Based on your family situation, career and social needs, that's ultimately up to you. However there are many factors that we can agree on.
According to Niche.com, which has the 2019 Best Suburbs to Live in America rankings, there are several factors that a suburb is judged on, including school quality, amount of crime, housing trends, employment stats and access to amenities.
Based on those factors, as well as data from the U.S. Census Bureau, the FBI and the Bureau of Labor Statistics and more, Niche came up with the top suburbs in Wisconsin.

What they're saying: The community is kind, generous, and caring. The neighborhoods are safe and welcoming. The school systems are diverse as well as the members of the community.
What they're saying: The best public and private schools in the state attract families committed to a family-centric lifestyle. Children safely walk to school on tree lined streets.
3. Bayside
What they're saying: There is a lot to do here, and a lot that's truly fantastic. There's a lot of ways to get involved and it's a very safe feeling place.
4. Brookfield
What they're saying: Brookfield is an easy going city. It is a place that breeds success. It is a community intertwined with diverse people, and we all stick up for each other.
5. Shorewood
What they're saying: The schools are some of the best in the state. Shorewood has beautiful old homes. Property taxes in Wisconsin are expensive, but you get wonderful benefits.
6. Mequon
What they're saying: Mequon is an extremely nice area and it is very safe. There are lots of places to eat in the area and one large hospital.
7. Cedarburg
What they're saying: Its public schools are constantly rated top 5 in the state, and the city's festivals can't be beat. It is a wonderful place to raise a family.
