Waukesha Christmas Clearing Seeking Toy Donations
Since 1949, The Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County has promoted and coordinated giving to families in need during Christmas.

BROOKFIELD, WI -- North Shore Bank is one of the many local organizations that is encouraging community members to drop off new, unwrapped toys for the Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County. Donations will be welcomed until the program concludes on Wednesday, Dec. 12.

Organizers say the Christmas Clearing Council of Waukesha County is most in need of new books, mittens, gloves, hats, scarves, blankets, craft items, infant and toddler toys, licensed items such as Disney, Paw Patrol, Star Wars, Pokémon, and gifts cards from Kohl’s, Walmart or
Target.

"During the holiday season, we’re honored to have the opportunity to give back and support local
organizations that are having a positive impact on the lives of others,” said Maria Baumer, branch manager for North Shore Bank’s Brookfield Square office in a statement to Patch. “Thank you to everyone that has donated toys so far.”
