Wendy Wolfgram Joins R.A. Smith National as Human Resources Manager

Wendy Wolfgram has joined R.A. Smith National — a multi-disciplined civil engineering and surveying firm — headquartered in Brookfield, Wis., as human resources manager.

Wolfgram has more than 15 years of human resources experience in both publicly and privately held businesses. Before joining R.A. Smith National, Wolfgram held multiple management roles with both small and large companies. She has experience in recruitment and manpower planning; employee relations; performance management; compensation, benefit, training and development programs; as well as policy, procedure and handbook development. At R.A. Smith National, her responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, plus compensation and benefit management.

Wolfgram holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with specialization in human resources and organizational management from Marquette University.

She currently resides in Germantown, Wis.
