Wisconsin Weather: 1 To 3 Inches Of Snow On The Way Tuesday
The snow will affect this evening`s commute as well as the Wednesday morning commute.

WISCONSIN — Another round of snow is headed for Southeastern Wisconsin, and may impact the evening commute, according to the National Weather Service.
The NWS is reporting that light snow is expected to develop across areas of Southeastern Wisconsin this afternoon and become more widespread for a time this evening. Patchy light snow will develop near Lake Michigan, but is not expected to become impactful until late afternoon.
The snow will affect this evening`s commute as well as the Wednesday morning commute. The highest snowfall amounts are expected from Milwaukee north toward Sheboygan, where lake
effect snow is expected. This will cause snow covered and slippery roads late this afternoon into Wednesday morning.

Periods of snow showers. High near 19. Northeast wind around 15 miles per hour. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Snow before 5 a.m., then snow, possibly mixed with freezing rain. Low around 19. East wind around 10 miles per hour. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.
Wednesday
Snow and freezing rain likely before 11 a.m., then a chance of snow between 11 a.m. and noon. Cloudy, with a high near 29. East wind 5 to 10 miles per hour becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 60 percent. Little or no ice accumulation expected. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
