Junior Lancer Cheer (JLC) offers girls and boys in 1st - 8th grade an athletic, no-cut sport which develops safe and healthy cheerleading skills for the purposes of cheering at Junior Lancer football and basketball games, and Elmbrook Stars Special Olympics sporting events, competing in local, regional and Nationals competitions, participating in community events, and ultimately developing their athletic cheer skills.
It is our mission to provide a physically and emotionally safe and disciplined cheerleading program where all involved show respect for one another. We strive to teach our athletes the value of commitment, hard work, integrity, leadership, self-confidence, a positive attitude, and a love for the sport.
While Junior Lancer Cheer is considered the feeder program to Brookfield Central High School Cheer, we are an independent program that is not supported by school fees or property taxes, and is run independently of the high school cheer program.
