15-Year-Old Faces 40 Years Prison; Asked Boyfriend to Kill 6 People

A Karcher Middle School student sent a hit list to her boyfriend, saying she wanted 6 students and her father killed.

RACINE COUNTY -- A 15-year-old Karcher Middle School Student has been charged as an adult after she was caught sending a hit list to her boyfriend, asking six people - including her dad - be killed.

That boyfriend, Darryl Roeschen, was then caught at school with a large pair of stainless steel scissors in his backpack that he admittedly stole from a teacher "because he was going to hurt himself," the complaint read.

According to her criminal complaint, 15-year-old Jasminne N. Piechocki, a student at Karcher Middle School in Burlington, had sent a list of student's names that she wanted killed to her boyfriend, Roeschen.

Piechocki's mother reportedly discovered her open Facebook account on Tuesday night, Dec. 6, and observed an instant message between her daughter and Roeschen. According to the criminal complaint, it said the following:

Piechocki then sent Roeschen a list including six names, one of which was listed as her father in the criminal complaint.

When police asked why Piechocki sent Roeschen the list, she reportedly said that "she knew he wouldn't kill them." She went on to say that she would like her father killed, one student really annoys her, one student says things that make her mad, a second student also says things that upsets her, a third student tries to break she and Roeschen up, a fourth student is mean to her in general and a fifth student says things that makes her mad.

Her criminal complaint goes on to say that Piechocki has "dark thoughts" and visualizes people hanging dead, being slaughtered, eaten, tortured and stabbed.

According to the criminal complaint, Piechocki and Roeschen, by Piechocki's admission, engaged in video chatting in which the male self-administered a sex act while on video and the female exposed herself to him.

She admitted to thinking of hitting, shooting, slapping and stabbing fellow students, the complaint said. The complaint goes on to say that Piechocki felt relieved when she gave Roeschen the list because "she no longer had to deal with them."

Piechocki has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit 2nd Degree Intentional Homicide. Piechocki faces up to 40 years behind bars on the felony charge. She is currently in custody in Racine County.
