Caledonia Man's Date "With A Lovely Young Lady" Ends Badly
The man was arrested in his driveway after police said he crashed his car in Milwaukee and left the scene to drive home.

A 54-year-old Caledonia man's date ended badly after he was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving (first offense), after police said he had crashed his car in Milwaukee County before heading home.
According to a report by the Caledonia Police Department, a couple that saw the crash confronted the man, but he drove away. The couple followed him and called 911.
Police followed the man, who was driving home in his Lincoln with front-end damage and both airbags deployed. Reports show the man told the officer that the driver he crashed into had cut him off, that he had been out “with a lovely young lady” and consumed two beers. The man’s blood-alcohol level was .12, which is just above the legal limit of .08. The man was also arrested for having a prohibited blood-alcohol content.
