The Belle of the Ball Project provides free dresses and accessories to Racine area high school juniors and seniors for prom. All girls must e-mail to make a reservation. The experience includes a personal shopper, makeup and hair consultation, and even seamstresses to make minor alterations for a perfect fit. Girls are asked to bring their school ID's.
