Driver Safety Program

No one wants to deal with the hassles of a traffic accident. The Driver Safety program is a 4-hour classroom course that helps older drivers become more of aware of changes that occur due to aging (vision, hearing, and reaction time) and how to adjust driving accordingly. The program is offered to seniors from 9:00am-1:00pm on Thursday February 23rd. It will be hosted by the Village of Caledonia and held at Caledonia East-Side Community Center, 6156 Douglas Avenue in Caledonia.

The program will be facilitated by Linda and Chuck Miles, volunteer instructors with the Driver Safety program in Wisconsin. To register for the class, please call theΒ CaledoniaΒ Village Hall at (262) 835-4451 or Chuck at (262) 681-1530.

The Driver Safety course also reviews some basic rules of the road. It is open to the public and there are no tests. The cost of the course is $12.00 for AARP members andΒ $14.00 for non-members.
