Staying Grounded in Professional and Personal Relationships

Learn the unspoken "language" of your body and how enhance your ability to stay grounded in relationships with others.


In this training, we discuss and demonstrate tools and activities to boost your energy levels and foster your overall health -- while practicing ways to work effectively with your clients, patients, students  and others with Karen Carnabucci, LCSW, TEP, and Mercedes Dzindzeleta, LMT and Zero Balancing practitioner, at Lake House Health & Learning Center. In this hands-on experiential workshop, you will learn:



  • Fundamentals of energy medicine

  • How to assess your energy configuration and those of your clients and patients

  • How to explain energy medicine to your clients and patients in everyday language.

  • The importance of grounding exercises

  • Hand placements and other activities that calm or energize.

  • Identifying energy patterns and connections within your social network

  • Therapuetic methods such as psychodrama and Family Constellations and how they work with energy.


This training is suitable for mental health professionals, counselors, coaches, physicians, nurses, educators, massage therapists, bodyworkers, energy workers, educators and other helping and healing professionals.

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 8, with four continuing education for social workers, addictions counselors and certified counselors, plus psychodrama hours and a certificate of attendance.
