Illinois Man Flees Police at 100 MPH Through Racine, Milwaukee in Stolen Car
The man, Antonio Armstrong, was eventually arrested and had to be tased once he was in custody.

WISCONSIN -- An Illinois man from Aurora was arrested and eventually tased following a police chase across at 100 miles per hour two counties in a stolen car.
According to his criminal complaint filed with the Racine County District Attorney's office, Antonio Armstrong, 23, could face up to 9 years behind bars.
On Nov. 6, a Wisconsin State Trooper attempted to execute a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Armstrong near the area of I-41 and Highway 20 in Racine County, the complaint said.

According to the complaint, that's when Armstrong sped away north on I-41, reaching speeds in excess of 100 miles per hour. Police say he changed lanes multiple times, including using the shoulder of the road as he weaved in-and-out of traffic to elude police.
According to the complaint, he drifted toward a freeway exit only to cut sharply to the left across multiple lanes of traffic.

Once Armstrong's vehicle traveled north toward the county line, the State Trooper terminated pursuit due to safety concerns.
Approximately 30 minutes after the pursuit ended, the State Trooper learned that Armstrong had been located and arrested in South Milwaukee, his complaint stated.
Upon transport to the Racine County Jail, his criminal complaint stated that Armstrong was combative with correctional officers and was eventually tased.
Armstrong has been charged with attempting to flee an officer and first-degree recklessly endangering safety. He could face up to 9 years behind bars in addition to any fines he may incur.
He is currently being held in the Racine County Jail on a cash bond.
