Man Reports Robbery; Gets Charged
Suspect reports a robbery in Caledonia, but police find he has marijuana and a BB gun stashed in his apartment.

It's the victim of a robbery who has wound up with charges, after police say they found marijuana and a BB gun on the man who reported a crime.
Jason A. Geisheker, 28, of Racine, is charged with carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, following the Monday incident. If convicted, he faces up to 27 months in prison and $20,000 in fines.
Geisheker called police on Monday, saying he had been robbed. When police arrived in the 4300 block of Kennedy Drive to speak with him, he started talking—and kept changing his story, according to the criminal complaint.

After giving police several stories, Geisheker told officers another man had called him and asked to be picked up so they could drive around and smoke marijuana. Geisheker had a plastic bag with seven smaller plastic baggies inside it—all containing marijuana, according to the complaint. He told police he gave the bag to a man in the vehicle and said he could take one for $20.
But when Geisheker looked in the larger bag, he told police, two of the small baggies were missing. He told officers he then pulled out a BB gun and waved it around and demanded to know where the other baggie had gone. A man sitting in the back seat eventually got the baggie of marijuana and gave it back to Geisheker.

The marijuana and BB gun were later found in Geisheker’s apartment. He’s currently being held in Racine County Jail on $1,000 bond while awaiting trial.
