
Maureen Fritchen is among 12 individuals who will be honored for their volunteerism at a ceremony and luncheon.
Fritchen is a visionary who leads by example at the Racine Arts Council.Β She sees a need and develops a response solution.Β She inspires others to volunteer their time to bring arts to the people and the people to the arts.
The 12 were chosen based on volunteer accomplishments, impact on an individual group or community, and leadership from nominations submitted by area individuals and nonprofit organizations.

A reception and silent auction will be held from 11:30 a.m. to noon on Friday, April 15 at the Racine Marriott.Β The welcome luncheon is from noon to 12:45 p.m. and concludes with awards program by 1:30 p.m.Β Tickets are available at the Volunteer Center of Racine County, 886-9612.
