130 citations issued to adults for not wearing their seat belts, and 7 more for children who did not have their seat belts fastened
RACINE COUNTY - The Racine County Sheriff's Office participated in the national Click it or Ticket enforcement, and reported 130 citations issued to adults for not wearing their seat belts, and 7 more for children who did not have their seat belts fastened.
In addition, the Sheriff reported the following citations were also issued during Click it or Ticket:
- 27 Speeding
- 37 Operating while suspended
- 13 Non-registration
- 2 Equipment violations
- 70 For no insurance, vehicle equipment, operating without a valid license.
- 17 Written warnings
- 1 Felony narcotics
- 3 Misdemeanor narcotics
- 12 Outstanding warrants
