Racine Drug House Busted by Authorities

Two arrests made, Police dog "Friday" assists in apprehension of suspect who reportedly fled from authorities.

RACINE - Authorities put an end to an apparent heroin drug house Wednesday morning in the City of Racine, according to a Racine County Sheriff's press release.

Agents with the Racine County Metro Drug Unit conducted a search warrant in the 900 block of Wisconsin Ave. Wednesday morning, seizing an unspecified amount of heroin, a digital scale, packaging material and a "large amount of drug paraphernalia," according to the release.

Thomas J. Brucker, age 24, and Stephanie M. Darge, age 31 were arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and keeper of a drug house for sales. Brucker also faces suspicion of delivering heroin, the release said.

Sheriff’s deputy and K9 partner “Friday” was called upon to assist in the apprehension and arrest of Brucker, who reportedly ran from deputies. Brucker was treated at All Saints Hospital for dog bite wounds to his arm and taken to the Racine County Jail according to the release.
