River Bend Open Later on Summer Weekdays

River Bend's office is now open from 8am to 6pm on weekdays for the summer. That means you have more chances to rent a canoe or kayak on a beautiful summer day! Rentals are $10 for the first hour and $5 each additional hour. Kayaks seat one person and canoes will seat two adults or two adults with two small children. Paddles and life vests are included. All rentals are weather permitting and on a first come, first served basis. Rental equipment must be returned to the office 30 minutes before closing time. River Bend Nature Center does not accept credit cards – check or cash only please. The office is open from 8am – 4pm on weekends. The trails are always open from sunrise to sunset. See you ‘round the Bend!
